Personalize customer engagements with marketing automation

In this session, we showcase how to use Amazon Pinpoint journeys to provide personalized multi-step customer experience based on audience attributes and behaviors; and how to use Amazon Personalize to ensure that the communication content is always specific and personalized for the recipient.
