Build an engaging audience experience with media analytics

Direct-to-consumer is a business model and success of it relies on rich viewers' experience. Capturing viewers' experience when delivering valuable media content is important. Tracking the quality of services help providers to increase their audience experience. In this session, we review an approach to gain insights into customers' video streaming experience from both client and server perspectives using AWS real-time streaming services. In addition, we explore options to build dynamic viewer experience using AWS AI services.
