Find out how to build an intuitive and interactive dashboard to seamlessly integrate structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, and create a comprehensive view of the customer journey. We explain how graph databases, with the help of large language and embedding models can help with decomposing unstructured data to discover, exploit and store previously undiscovered relationships. The session features a demo on the use of graph databases for customer 360 modelling and exploration via agents. We also showcase how to use Amazon Bedrock and open-source frameworks such as LlamaIndex to create GraphRAG applications with knowledge graphs stored in Amazon Neptune.
