Accelerate to production with serverless compute for generative AI applications

Join this session to learn how RACQ built a generative AI assistant for insurance claims processing. We cover the architecture featuring serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions, for workflow orchestration. Find out how RACQ used Amazon ECS on Fargate, a serverless approach for hosting front-end application and Amazon Bedrock to build an automated, scalable workflow triggered by claim events. We also share how they used AWS to enable data redaction, prompt techniques, human feedback loops, and adherence to responsibility principles for privacy, safety, and transparency. With AWS services' built-in security controls, such as VPC integration and encryption for Amazon Bedrock, understand how RACQ deployed generative AI capabilities securely. At the end of the session, understand how RACQ's modern, event-driven approach allows for rapid development of generative AI applications.
